Hello, has anyone else had their iPhone 13 start randomly screen recording without pressing the button? It doesn’t happen often but when it does, it happens at random times, on random apps, or even on the Home Screen and it saves to my camera roll. Is there a way to stop or prevent this from happening again?

Being Security & Privacy is of big concern here, reset the iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Perform as instructed here, including the iCloud: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Back up your data, prior to the reset.
