iPhone build quality

I have purchased i14 in October 2022 serial number G2****QDR and side panel paint is started going after one month only, visted istore and they are saying this is because of sweat, I am very upset with the vague reply. I am using iPhone from 15 years never had this kind of issue. Please look into this and let me know. Please find pics for reference. I have emailed to apple 2 times and no reply. Very upset with this
