I keep getting this error even though I have 700 GB free on the disk. Is there anything that I may be doing wrong? I was following the instructions given here: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

It's stating the disk my computer is hooked up to is full. Not the phone.
I'm attempting to use my D drive instead of my C because it is full, but for some reason it still keeps using my C. How can I change this? I've attempted to go to preferences and change the folder location, but still no luck.
