I can’t sign out my Apple ID
Sir I have Another iPhone 7plus my Apple ID could not sign again in this device what can I do

You cannot sign out or you cannot sign in? Those are 2 different things
If you cannot sign out or your name in settings is greyed out this is mostly due to screen time restrictions, go to settings>screen Tim>content and privacy restrictions and turn those off to see if you can sign out
If you cannot sign in because of the maximum number of accounts associated with this iPhone is in use, please Contact - Official Apple Support to get support on this issue
