How do I lower it in my car ?

Hi adamofrapple,
We can help you with using CarPlay and your iPhone.
Normally, you'll adjust volume for the relevant media. If you're trying to adjust the media volume, lower the volume using your car radio while listening to media. To lower the volume for navigation, you would lower the volume as directions are given in navigation.
Some vehicles may have an option to lower media volume or voice guidance in their infotainment.
