I use a MacMini and Ventura 13.4 operating system. I use MS365 application but the Word or Excel or Power documents keep going to ONE space and I just want to control where they go. I just want them to go into Documents. I keep geting this message. How do I get control of the documents I create in MS365

That screen shot has nothing to do with Microsoft, it specially states Adobe/pdf.
Can i download office 365 on my mac mini?
