Synchronisation of photos and video from iPhone to Mac Photos app without iCloud
I currently have iCloud and actively use the Photos library to view all photos synced from my iPhone. Because I am running out of space on iCloud and do not need the backup, I decided I will turn off iCloud completely.
Now I want to know if my photos and videos will keep being synced from my iPhone to my Mac Photo library.
How do I set it up so that all my photos and videos taken on my iPhone can keep getting automatically and wirelessly synced to my Photos in Mac, and do I have certainty that after I turn off iCloud services, all the files that have been sent to my Mac will not get deleted from my devices - and in fact how do I tell if all files are actually synced by being saved on my Mac itself or if through the Photo app I see them in my Mac only when they are on iCloud?
Can I delete some photos from iCloud and free it up while I move them to my Mac offline storage? - So that I still see them still at the same place in my Photo library on my Mac after they are no longer saved in iCloud.
