Depending on the way you subscribed and the content provider, this may be expected.
Some subscriptions that you can enroll in while within another app such as the Apple TV+ app, Amazon Prime app and others may not allow you to sign into a dedicated app for the same subscription.
Try accessing the content in the same way in which you subscribed initially. If you have further questions or concerns, reach out to the content developer directly to verify if what you're attempting to do is possible and to request support for their service.
