Would I get my stuff deleted after upgrading macOS version 12.6.6 to 13.4?

I cannot stress enough the importance of backing up before upgrading. Probably it'll all go fine. If it doesn't though, you could end up erasing the machine. A Back Up is s simple process and it's like a seat belt in a car: unnecessary most of the time but suddenly vital at very short notice.
All your documents and applications would be safe. With that said, it is always a good idea to have a backup in case the update fails and you need to reinstall. It is not likely, but is a possiblility.
Not unless a problem occurs. Back it up first.
