In the US, 99¢ doe 50 GB, $2.99 for 200 GB, $9.99 for 1 TB.
To find out what level you have go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Manage Account Storage.
And to see what it costs you go to Settings/[your name]/Media & Purchases/Account/Purchase History and look at the iCloud+ charges
