I have videos recorded on my Iphone 13 Pro Max Plus. They are working fine with sound and pictures on the Iphone. When I downloaded these videos to my laptop (Dell), the transferred videos have picture but no sound. How can I turn on or recapture the sound on these transferred videos?
Thank you for your answer. Is it the same with connect IPhone to PC, open and allow to access the phone, click or select pictures then drag and drop to PC folder?
I found out the issue with the transferred video on PC without sound. My PC has 2 speakers for selection; one from PC and one from monitor. I switched one to another and it works.
