Finding Photos on iCloud:

A. Check iCloud, Directly:

Go here: https://www.icloud.com/photos

B. Syncing Through iCloud:

Are photos enabled in iCloud on this device? If so, enable Photos in iCloud Settings on other devices, and they will show up, sure enough.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Photos
5. Enable: iCloud Photos

B. On a Mac:

Access from iCloud, Manually:

1. Go To: icloud.com
2. Select: Photos
3. Download: the Photos

You have to set up photo library Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

The photos from icloud.com will sync to the device being used .
