My On My Ipad storage shows as 19 GB
I have emptied my On My Ipad file completely. In fact, my whole on my ipad is empty yet it still shows that there is 19 GB of it. I have tried hard reseting, nothing seems to work.

Its solved, I deleted a 17 kb file and it fixed itself. I believe the file was corrupted. I deleted my whole file explorer sadly.
