There are pages and pages of threads on the forum about this. The problem is with the latest macOS version. You can covert the media using Handbrake. Or you can roll back the system to the previous version of the OS.

Yes, the problem was introduced with macOS 13.4. There is a 13.4.1 update that was just released today but it's a security update so I don't know if a fix for this is included.

sadly it doesn't fix it, I just updated and tested. still doesn't work
Also I can get the MacBook Pro (2023) to the factory reset? (to the Mac OS 13.0 or 13.1) maybe it can be the solution?
Resolved!!!! Update to Mac OS 13.5! the update fixes it! Finally!!
