Pop up sites

I was going to watch a movie on my iphone and i was redirected to another site, i think it showed was loading a yt video, didnt oay attention to that. Instead of exiting the site i accidentalky clicked the reload sign like 2 times. I didnt pay attention if the site loaded but im worried about any viruses getting into my iphone. Is it possible from clicing reload on the site?

I already deleted history and then did what the link said just to make sure settings>safari>clear history and website data. Is that enough?

edit : i also toggled on the block all cookies but it always signs me out of google account so i just toggled it off again. Hope thats ok
