Can't paste photo into notes

I was trying to paste a photo from iMessage into my notes but when I got the pop-up asking whether I wanted to allow or not allow the action, I accidentally clicked "don't allow", and now I can't paste any photos from iMessage and I can't find any setting to change that permission. I am on ios 16.1.1 please help!

Photos in Notes not loading, showing, or opening (iPhone, Mac, and iCloud) For years I have used the Notes app to store photos with a password as it was the only way to do it without a third party app. I recently got an iPhone 14 Pro. When I unlocked my notes, most of the photos had been replaced with blank thumbnails. The same happened when I looked at notes on my Mac or iCloud. Most of the photos were just blank thumbnails! I have updated my Mac and iPhone, restarted, unsynced and resynced notes with iCloud... No change! Weirdly, when I *long press* on some of the photos in iPhone, the thumbnails show the actual photo, but this is only the case for about a third of the photos. On Mac and iCloud, double clicking the thumbnails does nothing. Please help!

Photos won’t add to Notes When using my iPhone 15, I try to add a photo to notes from my photo library, nothing happens. I select the photo I want and hit done, but the note remains blank. But, when I take a photo from the camera it will insert. How can I get photos from my photo library to insert into Notes?
