can't change password settings

I go under settings, tap my name, media & purchases, then hit password settings and can't turn off require a password for all of my apps. In fact, I can't change anything (require a password after 15 minutes...nothing works). How do I unlock this?

👉 Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
