If you mean this box in the Control Center, then it is because the Focus profile "Personal" is activated. You can deactivate the Personal profile by tapping on the box and tapping once on the Personal profile in the list. You can find and edit or delete your Focus profiles here: Settings → Focus.

Why am I seeing the wrong language on Facebook and Messanger if I don't see English language I will stop using apple this is not right when I can not read anything Bren cause I can't read whatever language but for English

Please post a screen shot so someone can see what you are referring to.

If your problem is only on Facebook and Messager apps, you need to contact the people who make them, it has nothing to do with Apple.

Also check the Settings for any app where you have a problem and see if their is an item for language and make sure it is set correctly.

This is strange. Are you sure that it is not an apple logo?

A screen shot or picture would be most helpful.
