Ipod 4th generation stuck in recovery mode

my ipod 4th gen when i connect to macbook appear notification in recovery mode. So need to restore. My ipod not turn on for long time. After click to restore my ipod still stuck in restoring mode

how to solve this issue?

My iPod touch is stuck with an image of a USB plug with an arrow to iTunes. My Ipod Is Dispplaying a USB and a arrow Pointing to a CD with a Blue music Note With ITunes Under it I have no Idea What the Gen is but all of the above mentioned only happens when it is in an outlet and when i connect it to my Macbook it Does not Boot up
