If you mean TV programs, it should be in the iTunes Library Movies or TV Shows folder. See the figure in step 3 of the 'Sync or remove content using iTunes' section of:

Nobody is denying you that right; you haven't made it clear which type of files you meant.
I assume that you mean your music files. The simplest way to find one track is to right-click the song in your iTunes Library and select Show in Windows Explorer. That will open the folder containing that song's file. The address bar at the top of that window will indicate the full path to the file. That folder should have the rest of the album as well.
Generally, the layout is as follows:
Note the difference between artist albums and compilation albums, there is a compilations folder.
If you purchased music online from other sources (such as Amazon and Bandcamp), the location of the files will depend on where you put those files. Use the Show in Windows Explorer method to find the files. Amazon for example, used to automatically download purchases to their own folder (named Amazon MP3), but now you have to manually download them, so you would have decided where to put them.
However, it's not a perfect system (and that is not Apple's fault), so you may have to resort to the Show In Windows Explorer method for anything that isn't where you expect it.
The music that you purchased is playable in other apps. Very early iTunes purchase were DRM-protected (Digital Rights Management), which would prevent this, but Apple abandoned DRM a long time ago, so hopefully your iTunes Store purchases will not have DRM on them.
None of this applies to music that you have from an Apple Music subscription. The subscription gives you access to the music for as long as you pay the subscription, but I do not think it can be played in other applications.
See the Make a split library portable section in:

Be very careful about moving or deleting those files using Windows File Explorer. It may crash iTuners the next time you open it.
You still haven't answered my question. What folder(s) contain(s) those files. I'm not interested in changing them in any way. I have an intrinsic right to know what's on my personal Personal Computer. Just for a fer instance: I wonder if the files are playable in another app like Windows Media Player or Cyberlink PowerDVD. Are you not allowed to share this info?
No, Javaliga, I mean where, if it is stored locally on my Windows PC, in the Windows directory/folder system are these files stored?
Thnx, Fiend - THAT's what I was looking for!
What is different between what "the fiend" told you and the figure in the section I referred you to?
