iphone keyboard language button outside of screen

The iPhone keyboard has a globe button to switch languages. This is outside of my phone screen and impossible for me to press. As of right now, i have to manually delete keyboards, and I can only use 1 language or emojis as my keyboard at a time due to this glitch.

attached are images of the issue in different apps and orientations. Restarting does not fix this. I will hard restart and see if this hopefully fixes itself next. Posting as it seems others got the issue before.

2. Does this issue with the keyboard happen in all apps, or only certain apps?
