I bought a third generation iPad Pro a month ago, and today I checked the screen and found two things, I hope you can see. This is only visible when the picture is black, I should mention that I have a screen protector on my iPad.Also i removed the screen protector, and these are still on my screen.What should i do?

Looks like the glass has delaminated from the LCD. Either that or it could be damage to the backlight.
There's really not much you can do with it. At least with any kind of official Apple support, their only fix for that would be a complete "other damage" replacement.
