I ~have also lost my playlist on my iPhone. I have seen others with the same issue but mine is not resolved by doing any of the suggestions. For one, I am unable to find the button in settings or the iCloud to fix this issue. Somehow I was charged for 2 months of Apple Music when I contacted them they canceled it,but now no playlist

Signing back up for Apple Music may bring back your library. If not, you can redownload the music from the Apple Music catalog, and recreate the playlist.
