IPhone12- Camera Battery usage 46%! My Charge doesn’t last long enough. Don’t know what to do. Help?
The camera is one of the most energy-intensive apps on your phone. So you should not leave the camera app open, you should open it, take your photos, and go back to the Home screen.
Has it been closed for the past 24 hours, the period energy is measured over?
I know some think it's unnecessary, but you might just try closing open apps.

Other than that, you might consider having a USB power bank to supplement the internal battery. I have one that fits in my pocket and I use it as needed. I also have a short cable and I stack it with my iPhone.

Actually, no, it isn’t. Of the total energy used, 46% of it was used by the camera. So, for example, if your phone went from 100% to 50%, the camera used 46% of 50%, or 23% of the total energy used.

If it's using a lot of power in the background, you might consider force closing the Camera app, by swiping the open away in the manner stated in the link I posted earlier.

If my camera was on in last 24 it couldn’t have been long, meanwhile battery has been depleting faster than ever

Camera app has been closed now over 24 hours. I only had my Facebook & one app open. My battery capacity significantly and dramatically decline over night. Now what?
my other app uses 29%, Safari 39%
I had charged it earlier today now Batt is down to14 %. With minimal usage
optomized charging already on Now down to 12%.
