iPhone 11 isn’t taking a charge from my power bank.

Hey! My iPhone isn’t taking a single charge from my power bank. I have a feeling it might be a version of iOS like iOS 15 or something. Since iOS 15 or 16 (I can’t remember) it wont take a charge. The power bank is an iWalk that also says scorpion, though i cant find anything else on it. Please help!
