I am trying to enroll in developer application for listing my application on apple store.so i was sent a payment through the UPI.The payment was successfully transfered but after payment a pop shown in developer application (An unknown error occurred).So please guide me how can i apply for my refund.

In general, some background info from previous discussions, developer program enrollments seem to expect a major payment card associated with the Apple ID and not an Apple ID balance or gift card, and require an email-format Apple ID.
