Apple Watch screen is black
My Apple Watch display is completely black. I pressed both bottoms to unlock it, but still nothing happened.

- Place your Apple Watch on the charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.
- If after charging for a while you see a lightning bolt or charging indicator on the screen, you can then try turning on your watch.
- If you continue to experience issues, attempt a forced restart following the directions here: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
