Is there a way to set sound outpud using phone speaker or bluetooth for each app independently?
I need apple music to play using car bluetooth and navi / cam warning apps to speak using phone speaker without interrupting the music.

Hmm, I think that it is pretty much all-or-nothing when using Bluetooth sound.
If you want to change the sound output manually, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select iPhone or Bluetooth etc.

This control redirects sound for all apps
Probably there is 3rd party app for setting output for each app independently?
Routing sound through speaker or bluetooth
