Syncing yahoo on devices

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you want your Yahoo mail to go to your iPhone and iMac. We can help you get signed in to both, and they will sync up.

1. Sign in to Yahoo using the Mail app on your Mac: Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

"Use the Mail app  on your Mac to send, receive, and manage email for all of your email accounts in one location on your Mac. Simply add your existing accounts—such as iCloud, Exchange, Google, school, work, or other—in Mail.

• The first time you open Mail, you may be asked to add an account. Select an account type (such as Google for Gmail) or Other Mail Account, then enter your account information.

• If you already added an email account, you can still add more. In Mail, choose Mail > Add Account, select an account type, then enter your account information. Make sure the Mail checkbox is selected for the account.
• If you’re using an account on your Mac with other apps, such as Contacts or Messages, you can also use that account with Mail. In Mail, choose Mail > Accounts to open Internet Accounts settings, then click Add Account on the right.
• You can set options for your email accounts in Mail settings."

"How to set up your email account automatically

If you use an email provider like iCloud, Google, or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.

2. Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.

3. Enter your email address and password.

4. If you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.

5. If you see Save, tap Save.

If you don't see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually."

Once you add them to each, they will sync as you make changes no matter what device you are using.
