Using Dell monitor with MacBook Air
Why do I sometimes have problem with using monitor - something about INPUT TIMING IS NOT SUPPORTED but flashes off screen too quickly to read!

It's tough to say exactly what's causing this issue however, there are a couple things you can check. You'll want to make sure that the cable you're using meets the monitors requirements. Additionally, you'll want to make sure you want to set your Mac to a resolution that's compatible with the monitor.
