Network Issue

Not able to connect to mobile data after updated the latest IOS 16.5. Have been calling to the telco to verify whether any solution can be made on it. I had tried to insert my simcard to another phone which is not apple, the network going smooth without showing "EDGE" in my iphone 11. Try to reset network also couldn't worked.

ansonlka ~ Is the network issue in an iPhone 11, or other model?


Does your iPhone 11 still have its original battery?


And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...


Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
