Who is the developer for the iPhoto app
I need to update my iPhoto but can't. who is the developer and where do I find out how to update if at all possible so I can retrieve my photos

Apple's iPhoto application is a retired, 32-bit application that is not supported on macOS Catalina or later. If you are on an earlier version of macOS, Apple no longer provides updates for iPhoto. If you are on Catalina or later, you launch the Photos application with the option key and choose the iPhoto library to migrate its content to Photos library.
