Disabling the Safari "Command-Z" shortcut

Is there a way to disable Safari shortcuts? I use Command-Z in many things to undo what I'm working on, and currently, this shortcut re-opens and makes active the most recently closed tab.

Shift-Command-T already accomplishes this same thing, so having this shortcut is not only annoying, but also redundant.

Disable cmd +shift+arrow (left/right) shortcut for switching tabs in Safari 16.1 (macOS Ventura) I'm trying to turn off these combinations for Safari, because when selecting text, I use combinations like alt+shift+arrow (selecting a word) and cmd+shift+arrow (selecting a line), and after the update to macOS Ventura, cmd+shift+arrow combination began to switch tabs. How to change Command-Z in Safari to undo text etc, instead of opening the last tab? For example in web app or spreadsheet, cmd-Z will not undo, but open the last closed tab. I have been struggling with this for a while! Anyone know?
