Apples updates I need to update the updates. How do I go about doing submit

I see all the apps from Apple to update, but I don’t know how to update it. I’m a senior citizen I don’t know what I’m doing. Can you help me to update them?

But it's says what macOS Ventura version 13.5.1 has "Compatibility for macOS 10.12 or later" version . So my iMac has Catalina 10.15.7 version which is match your requirements! can you support with that .

Won’t install apps needs new version It is a older Mac 5 el captain but it won’t install apps and it’s running older version in the new version
