Troubleshooting gmail Login:

What app are you signing in with? Safari? Mail? gmail? Outlook?

Use a Computer:

Have a computer Handy? If so, try logging in with that, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. If you are able to log in, then the password is still valid. If not, then you need to change you password, going through the "Forgot your password" process shown here: How to recover your Google Account or Gmail - Google Help
