M2 air battery draining

Apple's specifications for that model are here: MacBook Air (M2, 2022) - Technical Specifications. It is very specific. The 18 hours of battery life does not consider "MS Outlook, word, excel, Telegram, Viber, and Safari browsing."

Using External Devices: Try Resetting the SMC and NVRAM, but this time, using an external keyboard. Connect an external monitor and see if you get an output.

I currently am full time college 40 hrs week into school m2 2022. last charged my Mac February 14 and it is the 16 with 24% remaining. screen time shows I have about 10 hours into constant use but I do use word and many other applications open all day while at school from 7-4. some days it does feel better than others.
