Something called Apple.com/Bi has been taking my money out of my account. It's only around $2.00, but it's happened twice this month and I don't know why. I don't have any subscriptions, and I've checked on, reportaproblem.apple.com. but there wasn't any record of it. Someone, please help me

You can call your financial institution at the number on the back of your card the purchases were made under that the purchases weren't authorized, and you couldn't locate them on your Apple account, and you wish to request a stop payment to Apple (which may result in your institution issuing you a new card number). Your institution may also offer to dispute the purchases depending on how long ago they were made, if you choose to dispute them be aware that the Apple ID those purchases were made under might be restricted or disabled by Apple.
