Beats Studio Ear Buds

problem started with losing connection to my phone.


reset the ear buds.


i cannot get it to connect to my phones Bluetooth.


get error message over and over.

Troubleshooting Beats Pairing:


A. Start Here: If you can't Connect to your wireless Beats Product - Apple Support


B. Reset These: Reset your Beats Studio Buds or your Beats Studio Buds + - Apple Support


C. Unpair These:

Seems you need to unpair these from your phone. but, no longer have this phone, contact Beats, and find out how you can reset this. 


D. Beats Contact Us Info:

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer.
