Hello

I've got an issue on my Mac after a long time it has been not power on, when I tried to power on it again ... I've got the white screen with the "forbidden" icon (circle striked) .. I tried so to Restore (Cmd + R) and when it launch the restore process (earth turn arround) 24h message appear , download progress bar too ... but after a while ... Warning error Apple.com/support and 2106F on the screen ...

I tried this a lot of time

I tried to find a "Install Mac Os X 10.13.6 High Sierra" file to make a bootable USB .. But nowhere this file is available :(

It's available. Find the Apple installer here:

How to download macOS - Apple Support

As for the bootable USB:

Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support

NOTE in that article that the bootable drive MUST be formatted for Mac before installing High Sierra on the drive.

Failing to reformat the drive is the most common cause of problems when trying to use a bootable installer.

Don't bother contacting Apple Support; they won't look at your computer. It is too old. Look for an independent service provider.
