Is Apple Vision pro safe for your eyes?

I don't think Apple would release a product knowingly that it would cause physical damage. However, what is "safe" for your eyes would be difficult to say as we have no idea on what you consider is safe or not.
I wear blue glass while working. So I was referring to that. If that can be integrated into the new Vision pro. Not that I am planning to buy it but just an idea.
