Credit card expiration date
If you need to change a card’s expiration date in your Apple wallet, do you have to delete the card and re-add it?

In general you don’t need to do anything.
As long as nothing which is actually displayed in your wallet changed, (and expiry and CVV are not displayed) …
… there’s nothing to do. (And attempting to “do something” often causes more problems).
DO however ensure that you “report receipt” and “activate” your replacement card per your issuer’s instructions.
