My card has expired, however, when I login on my iPhone, or Mac, "iTunes" etc I can see the old card info, and the request to update the card, but it is greyed out and I cannot update it. I tried removing the card, but it states it needs 'one card on file', but will not let me update the card info whichever way I login. Any ideas what this issue is. I'm running on Monterey 12.6.3

Try this:
Click in the Number field to activate.
Then click in the Month field, Year filed and the Scurity code.
That's the point. I tried all that, It will not let me add a card, or change the old card info. It is greyed out, even though that card is now expired. I cannot add a new card info due to this. Any idea why it is greyed out? the card number cannot be updated on any way that I access my account.
Nope, the number field will not let me edit it. in any way. it is greyed out. it will not allow me to add in my new number.

Click Edit.
