Omnipod 5 App Release Date

I've had this device almost a year now...and still the same message: "We’re currently working on iOS compatibility..." Is there any word on the street? I really don't want to give up my iPhone but I'm sort of over this. And yes, I know we always had a separate device BEFORE, but one of the motivations to switch to Omnipod 5 was the promise of one less device. I'll be approved for a new pump before they ever get this app released, at the rate we're going.
