Cant sign in on iMessage on mac because of this problem

Hi, I can sign in into iMessage on my Mac only after mac updates. But, after when I close the iMessage, it will be automatically sign out and can't be signed in. It always shows this red message (translation: an unknown failure is occurred). Could you please help me?

PS: I live in Indonesia and bought this Mac in Germany. Is there any problem with my region settings? I have set my region to Indonesia
