My Mac won’t start missing storage device?
No, which screen are you seeing if any of them shown on the link? Or is it something else shown on the screen?
Fusion drives are often problematic; maybe the tech can fix it.
Is the tech an Apple tech or from an Apple certified repair shop?

I think it’s the Fusion Drive… a tech came and picked it up it didn’t start all the way. No way to do first aid though R it doesn’t show the HD this was supposed to last me I guess I should have gone for the less expensive models. I’m not a high user, no games or photography…
They are putting in a smaller 1TB SDD drive in. I guess I won’t have access to my apps and storage is lost, but for what is in cloud. Seems IMac’s last about 5 years. Lap tops last longer. I wish I didn’t purchase the Fusion Drive. $500 total cast of repair/ replacement of drive.

Or does the screen show something entirely different?
What leads you to believe that? Is there an error message? If so, what exactly is it?
What precisely does your screen show at startup.
Shows apple startup error
Yes he is an Apple. Certified shop.
Then I'd let them work on it. Just be sure they understand exactly what you want done.
