Hey FWB37,

We'd recommend trying the following steps to attempt to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for and install any updates that may be available for your iPhone as updates can include fixes for issues like this: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. If that doesn't help, we'd recommend restarting your iPhone to see if that changes anything: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  3. We'd also recommend checking Settings > General > Date & Time to ensure the "set automatically" option is selected and the correct time and date is shown as that can affect your call logs
  4. Disconnect from any VPNs you may be using on your iPhone
  5. Reset your iPhone's network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Thanks!
