change apple id

Question

I have an old obsolete email as apple id. How can I change this to a new email as apple id?

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11

I don't have the option Apple ID available. It just shows me e-mail and phone numbers. How do you change it if the Apple ID box isn't available... ?
