Should i save mail in iCloud drive or iCloud mail or neither? Will it automatically reload when I setup my new mac? I use the Apple email to read my Google, yahoo and a few others. Will it duplicate when I setup my new mac?

Your other mail accounts set with gmail , yahoo and others can be added in Mac system preferences > internet accounts .

Your mail is stored on the provider’s server. If you set up mail on a new device, it will not duplicate.
