Card not added to Apple Pay

After several calls to Apple and my bank I finally could add the card turning off location services.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

I live in Canada and have registered my TD bank card with Apple Pay. Payments in offline stores using Apple Watch or smartphone tagging work well, but my card doesn't show when I make online payments like Amazon online. So if you press the Add Payment Card button and try to add the card again, it says it's already registered, and eventually you can't pay online. TD bank is an Apple Payable card and my iPhone area is well set up in Canada. If anyone knows a solution to why my registered card is not showing when I pay online, please reply 🥲🥲

Unable to add cards on Apple Pay I was trying to add my card to apple and it’s showing contact my service provider and have done that and they claim nothing happen to my card,my bank customer service ask me to talk to apple support [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Not able to add card to Apple Pay after scanning the card and artaching to card app it says you hit a snag we are working on it.
