An iPhone wouldn’t do you any good even if you had one. You need to use a computer. You can get help at an Apple Store or at an Authorized Apple Service Center. If you have a friend or family member that has a computer, you can use theirs.

An iPhone wouldn’t do anything anyway. You’ll need a computer. Any computer. If you or anyone you know doesn’t have a computer (unlikely) you could go to the Apple Store and get help there. If you or someone you know does have a computer talk to them and they’ll help out.

It would still need to be a compatible PC or Mac. For instance, my late 2007 polycarbonate MacBook won't connect with any newer iPhone. And a Chromebook won't work either. It would need to be a Mac or PC and then there would need to have a version of MacOS or Windows (via iTunes) that's compatible with a particular iPhone.
